Background
Victoria 'Vicky' Bonacelli was born in western Ukraine in 1985 before being adopted by a family in the United States, she was adopted by an Italian American family, hence her last name 'Bonacellli'. Vicky resided near Denver, Colorado (U.S)
As a child, Vicky was outgoing and very social, especially during school. People did try to pick on her, but she didn't let that bring down her spirit (unless it was about her intellect). Vicky would amass a large group of friends in middle school before being uprooted by her parents to Koval, Colorado.
Teen Years
Growing up, Vicky had high expectations placed on her, to achieve as much as she could. As a result of being told that she could “do more” and “try harder” at any accomplishment, she became an over achiever. Her parents didn't consider that their expectations potentially had negative consequences for Vicky.
Frustrated and burnt out, she started rebelling in any way she could think of. Wearing low cut shirts, dying her hair red, smoking, drinking, and generally anything her parents didn't approve of. Her rebellious attitude would only last so long before her parents found out about the activities she partook in.
Vicky was forcefully baptized and was essentially brainwashed by a program that her parents placed her in, which was something akin to Christian group therapy. This led to her committing her life to christ and changing her ways, even avoiding secular music.
Even despite this change, she was still seen as rebellious by her parents.
Relationships
In terms of relationships, Vicky was in quite a few, though most of them were short-term. Nearly all her relationships leading up to her senior year in high school were with men in their later teens (18-19) or early 20s excluding one.
Masha, a friend of Vicky's, became very close in a short amount of time after meeting in early high school. Vicky was quite different compared to Masha, Vicky being friendly and passive while Masha was more aggressive and seen as rude.
In 2002, Masha came out to her as a lesbian which bled into Masha confessing her feelings. Being presented with all this information including that one of her closer friends had a crush on her caused Vicky to feel conflicted about her attraction towards girls.
After being asked whether she wanted to be with Masha, she hesitated before accepting and officially declairing their relationship. She initally accepted just to experience what it was like to be with another girl but, started feeling genuine love over time.
Masha insisted that they keep their relationship a secret and if she told anyone, she would break up with Vicky. Her friends eventually started wondering why she became so attached to Masha, though, she dismissed the question, insisting that they were always around each other just good friends.
The incident
After one year of dating, Vicky became withdrawn and started to avoid Masha. Shortly after her Christian awakening, she didn’t know how to go on telling Masha she couldn't be with her anymore. Upon telling her, she was later bombarded with visits from Masha begging for them to get back together but, her relationship with christ was more important.
She made a commitment afterall.
One day when talking to a group of friends, recalling all of her relationships, she let slip that she was with a girl. To them, this was a huge deal since Vicky claimed to be straight in the past. They asked her who it was but she refused to tell until she was pestered enough.
It was Masha. Masha FUCKING Cermak.
Things got quiet. They didn't expect her to be with Masha out of all people. Though Masha was well liked, she was not seen as attractive at all in the slightest.
With this information, word spread that Masha was a lesbian and that Vicky dated her (despite them having been broken up for a month).
She felt guilt of how Masha started to be treated and how much hate Masha had for her. Masha was being harassed relentlessly indirectly due to Vicky's slip up.
Appearance
Red-ish hair parted in a zig-zag (her natuaral hair color is light brown), grey eyes, some acne scars along with some freckles, wearing a off white and black striped sweater, lightly distressed blue jeans, and red converse.
